At Light Cloud Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We take pride in our handmade products and hope you will enjoy them for years to come.

Returns

Purchases may be returned for a full refund provided the item is returned in perfect, original condition. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from odors, pet hair, stains, or other signs of use.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued if the item meets the return-condition requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping returned items to Light Cloud Designs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Handmade ItemS

Please remember that our products are handmade, and many are created with handspun yarn and natural fibers. Slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are part of the unique character of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
